Vincent Doyle

President/Owner

Vince is a 4th Generation Union Carpenter and President/Owner of Allspec Construction, Inc. He holds a degree in Business Administration and as well as Construction Management Certificates I, II & III from Drexel University.

Vince has more than 25 years’ experience with a unique appreciation and knowledge of the construction industry. As an owner, he has 13 years of experience in the daily operations of his successful drywall/carpentry construction firm with approximately 100 employees.

Nick Orman

VP of Estimating & Project Management

As Vice President of Estimating and Project Management at Allspec Construction, Nick leverages his decades of construction experience to lead preconstruction, estimating, and project delivery efforts. Beginning his career as a carpenter and earning a Construction Management degree from Drexel University, Nick brings a unique combination of hands-on field knowledge and executive leadership experience to every project.

Tom Tansey

Project Manager

Tom has over 10 years of experience as a Project Manager. In his spare time, Tom enjoys spending time with family.

Jamie Soupik

Project Manager

Jamie started as a sponsored apprentice for Allspec in 2016. He worked his way up to Foreman and is currently a Project Manager.

Russel Lucke

Project Superintendent

With over 25 years of experience, Russell is the Project Superintendent of projects in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Zack Anderson

Project Superintendent

Zack is the Superintendent of New Jersey projects with over 19 years of experience.

Freddie Quiles

Distribution/Warehouse Coordinator

With more than 20 years of experience, Freddie has been working in the construction industry since 2001 as a a Union Laborer with Local 332. He knows the importance of getting the right materials to the right place—safely and on time.

As a driver for Allspec Construction Inc., Freddie is known for his dependability, positive attitude, and team-first approach. Whether he’s delivering equipment, supporting the crew, or helping keep projects on schedule, he’s always ready to get the job done.
